NUDURA PRODUCT

Nudura is an ingeniously simple system for making steel reinforced concrete walls.

It all starts with a section of the form unit that is made from light weight but surprisingly strong Expanded PolyStyrene (EPS). The form units then securely lock together to build the walls, almost as simple as children’s building blocks. The cavity in the center of the wall is then filled with reinforcing steel and concrete, creating a very strong and durable concrete slab wall with no joints.

The EPS foam form is not removed like a standard wood forms, but it remains part of the wall providing excellent insulation. The exterior and the interior of the walls can be finished with any standard finish.


A Nudura Form Unit has three main parts

1. Two Layers of recyclable EPS Foam form a double layer of insulation protection.
   
   
2. A middle gap which becomes the concrete core and strength of the wall.
   
3. Nudura’s patented hinged folding web, which allows the forms to be folded flat for efficient transport and have pre placed slots for locking in steel reinforcing bars.
